Coaching Experience - College coaching experiences include stops at Florida Atlantic University, University of Cincinnati, University of South Alabama, Clemson University, and Duke University. Youth Coaching experiences include roles at, Team Boca (Boca Raton, FL), Kings Hammer (Cincinnati, OH), Mobile Soccer Club (Mobile, AL), Carolina Elite Soccer Association (Greenville, SC), North Carolina FC Youth (Raleigh, NC) and Triangle United (Durham, NC). Other various roles include United Soccer Coach Clinician, Educator and Evaluator along with a member of US Soccer Region III Staff.
Coaching Education - United Soccer Coaches National, Advanced National and Advanced National Goalkeeping Diplomas
Playing or Other Experience- A graduate and member of the University of Indianapolis Men's team for 2 years. Spent two seasons at the University of Akron winning a Mid-American Conference Regular and Tournament championship along with advancing to the Elite 8 in the NCAA Tournament.
Why Ohio Fusion? - "Bellbrook Soccer Association along with the entire Bellbrook Community were an integral part of my development and growth as a young soccer player. The opportunity to impact future generations of this community while sharing my passion and experiences through the game of soccer made my decision easy. My wife and I are excited to be back in the area as this is an exciting time to invest in the South Dayton Community and continue the growth of the game of youth soccer."
What do you love about coaching? - "Being given a role as a coach is an extremely rewarding responsibility that requires an immense level of commitment and sacrifice to ones community.  I love having the opportunity to positively impact young people as a teacher, role model and leader through the game of soccer.  I love being a coach because I am given an opportunity to improve my community and continuously help younger generations be better prepared to live a happy and successful life."

Bob Crane

Hometown, State – Dayton, OH

Team(s) Coaching – U15 Girls

Coaching Experience - Coach Crane has coached in many different levels of Soccer in the Bellbrook community.  His experience includes recreation soccer, club/select soccer and Boys and Girls High School Soccer at Bellbrook High School

Coaching Education – Coach Crane has the US Soccer National “D” Coaching license.

Playing or Other Experience – In 2004 and 2005 Coach Crane was awarded the High School Assistant Coach of the Year for the Greater Dayton Area, the Assistant Coach of the Year for South Dayton, and Assistant Coach of the Year for Southwest Buckeye League.  Coach Crane was involved in the establishment of the first soccer club in Bellbrook, serving as its initial Vice President.

Why Ohio Fusion? – “I have always promoted soccer in the Bellbrook Community and want to continue to help it grow its influence.”

What you love about being a coach – “I enjoy impacting young people lives not only on the soccer field but helping them develop into positive influencers in our community.”

Brent Palmer

Hometown, State – Dayton, OH

Team(s) Coaching – U9 Boys

Coaching Experience - Coach Palmer has coached in many different levels of Soccer in the Dayton Area.  His experience includes camps, club/select soccer and Boys High School Soccer at Brookville High School.

Coaching Education – Coach Palmer has the US Soccer National “F” Coaching license.

Playing or Other Experience –  A graduate and member of the Ohio Christian University Men's Soccer team, Coach Palmer was recognized as a 1st Team All River States Conference player all four years along as well as being named a NAIA All-American his senior year. Coach Palmer he has been recognized as the Miami Valley Youth Soccer Association Assistant Coach of the Year in 2017 and 2018.

Why Ohio Fusion? – “I believe in this club and their passion and dedication to making Ohio Fusion a top club in the Dayton area. They have shown a vested interest in developing high level players and high level coaches, with a strong sense of community in the Bellbrook area. It’s a club that I think I can not only help, but will be able to grow and learn from as a coach. It’s exciting to partner with a club that is making many positive and fundamental changes to move in the right direction, and I’m excited to be a part of that in as many ways as I can.”

What you love about being a coach? – “There are many aspects of coaching that I enjoy but if I had to narrow it down to a single thing it would simply being able to give me a platform and opportunity to stay involved with the game of soccer. When you are able to share those platforms and opportunities with people invested in a common goal, it makes it incredibly rewarding.”


Nicolette Griesinger

Hometown, State – Strongsville, Ohio

Team(s) Coaching – U17 Girls

Coaching Experience – Bellbrook High School District Champions 2018

Playing or Other Experience – Coach Griesinger brings a plethora of youth and college playing to our club and our players. Her accomplishments as a player include stops at the University of Dayton (2014-2017) where she was honored as the 2014 Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team, the 2016 A-10 Conference All Championship Team, the 2016 Academic All-Ohio 2nd Team, and the 2017 Academic All-Atlantic 10 Team. As a youth player at Strongsville High School (2010-2013) Coach Griesinger won the 2011 Division I Ohio State Championship and at Cleveland United Soccer Club won a U-17 U.S. Soccer National Champions and National League Champions in 2013.

Why Ohio Fusion? – “I coached at Bellbrook High School this past season and wanted to give back and help promote club soccer in the Bellbrook area.”

What you love about being a coach? – “My favorite thing about being a coach is seeing players and teams develop over time. I enjoy working with player’s week in and week out, and seeing all of their hard work and dedication pay off as their game improves. It is very rewarding to help a team come together to achieve their goals.”


Scotty West

Hometown, State – Waynesville, OH

Team(s) Coaching – U14 Boys

Coaching Experience – Coach West has spent several years with Ohio Fusion coaching teams within various leagues and tournaments in the Dayton Area.

Coaching Education – US Soccer E License and Youth Module 2 License

Playing or Other Experience – Coach West helps organize several aspect of the club and is a member of its Men’s Open team.

Kevin Harvey

Hometown, State – Waynesville, OH

Team(s) Coaching – U13 Girls

Coaching Experience – Coach Harvey has over 12 Years of coaching experience working with recreational and select ages from U8-U13 in both boys and girls teams.

Coaching Education – US Soccer E License

Playing or Other Experience – A graduate of Lakota High School and member of the Wright State University Men’s Soccer Team from '90-'93.

Raymond “Yosh” Revell

Hometown, State – Waynesville, OH

Team(s) Coaching – U12 Boys

Coaching Experience – Former Technical Coach for Metro FC.

Coaching Education – US Soccer E License

Playing or Other Experience – Member of the United States Air Force Soccer Team at various events across the country.


Cara Hughes

Hometown, State – Xenia, OH

Team(s) Coaching – U10 Girls and U12 Girls

Coaching Experience – Coach Hughes has club experience that spreads across the Dayton Area along with working with the Ohio South ODP (Olympic Development Program) as a District Coach.

Coaching Education – Cara holds a US Soccer E License

Playing or Other Experience – Beavercreek High School and College Softball Athlete.

Cheryl Henderson

Hometown, State – Iowa

Ohio Fusion Team(s) Coaching – U11 Girls

Coaching Experience – Coach Henderson has over 16 years of competitive soccer with CUSA, Celtic and Ohio Galaxies.

Coaching Education – US Soccer D License

What you love about being a coach? – “My favorite thing about coaching is seeing a player’s face when they master a new skill and show it off.”

Alexander Amankwaah

Hometown, State – Sunyani, Ghana

Team(s) Coaching – U12 and U17 Boys

Coaching Experience - Miami East High School, Gunners soccer clubs, Tipp City, University winter and summer camps

Playing or Other Experience – Coach Alex spent the 2017 season playing professionally for the Dayton Dutch Lions. A graduate and member of University of Dayton men’s soccer that won the Atlantic 10 conferences and advanced to the 2nd round of the NCAA Tournament Coach Alex scored 5 goals and 10 assists in that 2015 season.  Prior to UD Coach Alex was at the University of Ghana where he was voted Best Player 2013/2014, Most Dedicated Sportsman of the Year 2013/2014, Mensah Sarbah (University of Ghana) and won a Gold medal with University of Ghana team 2013/2014.

Why Ohio Fusion? – “Ohio Fusion because I heard a lot of good things, especially how nice the people in the community are and the great soccer organization they have. Also I like the clubs philosophy and identity of developing players.”

What you love about being a coach? – “I just love the game of soccer and I want to impact or teach younger ones my experience both on and off the field. I will also like to develop talents and motivate people to realize their dreams.”


Jeremy Ward

Hometown, State – Norwalk, IA

Team(s) Coaching – Goalkeepers

Coaching Experience – Coach Ward has had a tremendous career working with Bellbrook High School as their Girls Goalkeeper Coach, North Carolina ODP as a Scout and Twin City Youth Soccer Association our of North Carolina as a Coach and Youth Academy Director

Coaching Education – He holds his US Soccer C License, US Soccer National Youth License, United Soccer Coaches Goalkeeping I & II Diplomas

Playing or Other Experience – Coach Ward played college soccer at Simpson College

What you love about being a coach? – “I love having the ability to work with and watch the growth of not only the athlete, but more importantly of the individual. I love that soccer can truly be a life-long sport and I encourage all players to find a way to keep it a part of themselves – whether it be socially or competitively.

Jonathon Soto
